First year internship of preparatory cycle
During this one month internship, I was able to handle for the first time computer and user management systems such as an Active Directory under Windows Server. In addition, I was responsible for setting up the BitLocker service on all the company's computers. I had to get in touch with the employees. This allowed me to develop my interpersonal and communication skills. I also had to help the employees with any problems they might have with their computer. I improved my listening skills and my patience.
